Booking cancellation

Once prepayment is made, a cancellation fee will be:

- Up to 3 days before the check-in date cancellation will be free of charge.

- Less than 3 days or a “no show” on the day of the check-in date will result in a 100% of all-nights cancellation charge.

- The hotel does not accept any cheques.

- If the hotel does not receive a payment within the due date, booking (s) will be released automatically without notice.
